Did the boxes had this kind of issue before in the past?

[B]I' had my viewsat for about 6 months now. I was wondering has the boxes ever had this kind of problem before? And if so how long did it take for the boxes to back up and running?

And one more question was there any rumors or false allagations when the boxes were down.

Does anyone knows if it is possible to recieve the satillite AMOS 3 (4W) in san juan, Puerto Rico?
(18.46° N (18° 27' 36"), -66.11° E (66° 6' 35"))
